Denver bicycle thefts are down in the past 30 days (149) compared with the 30 days before that (206), and up since the start of 2024 when compared to the same time period in 2023.

  • Denver has had 1115 bicycle thefts reported so far this year, an average of 106.6 per month / 3.5 per day.
  • In 2023, Denver averaged 91.2 per month, and the year before that (2022) Denver averaged 127.2 per month.
  • The most bicycle thefts any neighborhood in Denver has had in 2024 is Capitol Hill, with 71.
  • The average number of bicycle thefts per neighborhood this year is 14.29.
